NB Premier Responds To Court Of Appeal Decision

New Brunswick’s Premier has released a statement in response to a decision by the Court of Appeal in regards to nursing home workers.

The Court upheld a decision that gives nursing home workers the right to strike.

Blaine Higgs says they are disappointed by the decision, and are prepared to appeal it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

He adds they remain committed to reaching a new collective agreement with nursing home employees.
