YMCA Plusone Mentoring Program Receives Donation From Canada Post

A financial boost for the YMCA Plusone Mentoring Program.

The Canada Post Community Foundation presented a $10,000 cheque to the YMCA of Greater Moncton.

Plusone Mentoring is a community based program for youth between the ages of 10 and 17 years old, who are experiencing challenges in social and academic development.

They work closely with schools, social workers, police and other YMCA programs.

Youth are paired up with a mentor for a one year period, to help them to gain new skills and tools to confront the challenges in life.
