An arrest was made on Thursday in connection with the death of 45-year-old Karl Cadden Wearden.
33-year-old Devon Stockley of Moncton appeared in provincial court on Friday and was charged with second-degree murder.
On March 18th, Codiac RCMP responded to Echo Drive about an injured man lying on the street.
He died at the scene.
Devon Stockley, formerly from Cape Breton, is now in custody and will return to court on April 26th.
