Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Recalled

Another salad recall due to the risk of listeria.

Health Canada has issued a release stating consumers should not eat certain 340 gram bags of Eat Smart brand Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Bag Kits

Food that is contaminated with listeria may not look or smell spoiled, but it can potentially make you sick.

This recall was triggered by test results from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

There have been no reports to date of illnesses related to this recall.

If you have a package of this salad, you should return it to where it was purchased, or throw it out.
