Elections NB is reporting no change in Ward 2 in Moncton where a recount was done this week for two municipal candidates.
Spokesperson Paul Harpelle says Bettina Moores and Incumbent Blair Lawrence both requested recounts.
Moores received 1331 votes, just eight behind Councillor elect Daniel Bourgeois.
Lawrence had 1323 votes.
In Beaubassin-Est, a recount for Terry Richard and Omer Leger, once again ended in a tie.
Harpelle says a draw was done following that to determine a winner. Leger emerged the Councillor elect for that community.
The deadline to request a recount is today.
