Work is continuing on schedule for the $104 million downtown centre.
All structural foundations are completed, with 2,400 cubic metres of concrete poured.
As can already be seen, the structural steel is currently going up, with more than 1,250 tons to be erected by the end of July.
The next month will see continuing work on the structure, before the precast concrete bleachers are installed in early August.
The average daily crew on the worksite is 40 workers, climbing to 150 during the peak of construction.
The projected substantial completion date is July 1, 2018, with the official opening coming September of that same year.
