Gasoline prices and where they are headed can often be difficult to predict.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with Gasbuddy.com says he’s been monitoring the markets and thinks we could see a big jump at the pumps next month.
“I am watching the futures market like a hawk and I think it means not next week but perhaps the week after… by the beginning of March… we could see a substantial increase.”
As we move toward spring, McTeague believes an increase at the pumps of 8 or 9 cents per litre is possible.
