Webcams Now Live At Opposite Ends Of Gunningsville Bridge

This is the last weekend the Causeway will be open linking Moncton and Riverview as construction of a new bridge crossing the Petitcodiac River gets into high gear.

Both communities have been working on plans to make the transition easier for commuters including installing webcams at opposite ends of the Gunningsville Bridge.

The Town of Riverview now has a live webcam at the intersection of Gunningsville Boulevard and the Coverdale/Hillsborough Roads.

Earlier this week, the City of Moncton unveiled its own live webcam at the intersection of Assomption and Vaughn Harvey Boulevards.

With the Causeway closing on Monday (April 5), it is expected that 25,000 additional vehicles will be using the Gunningsville Bridge each day.
