Weather Looks Fine for Trick or Treaters

How many layers will your ghosts and goblins need when they go trick-or-treating tomorrow?

The Weather Network says it’s going to be a decent Halloween in Metro Moncton according to Chief Meteorologist Chris Scott, “Friday looks exceptional. A dry day with no chance of precipitation and there will be just a light wind from the North as we hit Trick or Treating time.”

Scott says temperatures should be about 8 or 9 degrees in the late afternoon or early evening when most spooks are going door-to-door.

He adds the weather will be calm compared to a Nor’easter coming this weekend which will bring rain and wind and possibly even the first snowflakes of the season.

Environment Canada continues with its special weather statement as they keep an eye on the possibility for significant snowfall for parts of the province on Sunday.
