Warning Issued About Heavy Rainfall

A warning from Environment Canada about the possibility of prolonged heavy rainfall in New Brunswick beginning tomorrow and lasting until late Thursday.

Environment Canada is reporting a trough of low pressure is expected to move very slowly across the province drawing tropical moisture from the south.

Current indications show a high likelihood that many parts of the province could receive more than 50 millimetres of rain by Thursday night but some areas might get more than 100 millimetres.
