You may need to slap on some sunscreen today as Environment Canada is forecasting temperatures in the low to mid-20’s across most of New Brunswick.
It’s a taste of Indian Summer according to Meteorologist Claude Cote with a southerly circulation of air over the province.
“Typically, we should have a daytime high near 13, but we have been playing with temperatures near 20 celsius over the past couple of days, and also the days coming up. We haven’t broken any records yet in any of the communities in New Brunswick.”
Cote says some records could be broken today if we reach into the mid-20’s.
The coolest area of the province will be along the Fundy coast.
