Canadians will head to the polls on October 19th, but first they first need to ensure their name is on the list to vote.
Elections Canada Spokesperson Diane Benson says Voter information cards will begin arriving in your mailboxes this week.
A week later, Elections Canada begins sending out reminder cards to all households.
If you do not receive a voter information card in the mail, check at the returning office or check online to see if you are on the list.
This will help save you time on election day.
