Vitalité Health Network has announced a temporary suspension of visits for the Pediatric Unit (3-D) at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre.
The announcement is a result of patients and employees experiencing gastroenteritis symptoms, Vitalité stated in a news release.
Parents of children that are patients in the pediatric unit will not be affected by the suspension.
Vitalité said the temporary ban will remain in effect until further notice.
