Visits At Veterans Centre Restricted Due To Gastroenteritis

Many patients and employees at the Moncton Veterans Health Centre have been experiencing gastroenteritis symptoms.

That has forced a temporary suspension of visits at the centre.

Vitalite Health network says the suspension will remain in effect until further notice.

Gastroenteritis symptoms include diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, headache and muscle aches, or joint pains as well as fever.

Vitalite says at this point, November 11th Remembrance Day activities will go ahead.
