Video Game Competition To Be Held In Moncton

One of the biggest gaming tournaments in the Maritimes is set to be played in Moncton this weekend.

Hundreds of gamers, coming from all three Maritime provinces, will be competing at TomorrowLAN.

Spokesperson Thomas Mallet says the public can come to the Universite de Moncton or watch from home.

“If you want to watch the tournament at home, there is a website called Twitch TV, where you can watch the streaming online, and there will be streaming of the tournament,” Mallet says.

This is the third year for the tournament that is put on each year by the Computer Science department.

There’s still time to register, in person or online.

TomorrowLAN gets underway at 10am tomorrow morning and runs until Sunday morning.
