Victoria Park Golfer saga finally over.

Michael Edward Delahunt is relieved it’s all over after pleading guilty to breaching a court undertaking today, in what he says will be his last appearance in court.

After a prior incident, Delahunt was ordered to have no contact with Frederick Andrew Leidemer but he violated that order on April 12th of this year.

The presiding judge accepted the Crown recommendation that time served was sufficient punishment for Delahunt’s breach of a court undertaking.

Delahunt says he is looking forward to getting back to what’s important in his life, like taking care of his twin daughters.
