The death toll from Friday’s bus crash involving a junior hockey team in Saskatchewan has risen to 15.
Mounties say a transport truck collided with the bus on Highway 35 north of Tisdale around 5 p.m. local time.
The bus was carrying members of the Humboldt Broncos, who were travelling to Nipawin for a game.

Police say there were 29 people on board the bus and 14 of them were taken to hospital, including some with critical injuries.
The driver and lone occupant of the truck was not hurt, according to investigators.
RCMP Commanding Officer Curtis Zablocki says in a statement it will take “some time” to try and piece together what happened, calling it a “very involved investigation” with a large amount of evidence, information, and number of victims.
“The hockey community has strong roots in our province and the sudden loss of so many lives will be felt not only here in Saskatchewan, but across this county,” says Zablocki. “It is difficult to put into words the sorrow one feels in a situation like this.”
Broncos president Kevin Garinger says the organization is in shock as they try to come to grips with their “incredible loss”.
