Oland is charged in the death of his father Richard who was found dead in his Uptown Saint John office in July 2011.
Dennis Oland was previously convicted in his father’s death in 2015 but that conviction was overturned by the provincial court of appeal with a new trial ordered two years ago.
Today is the third straight day of jury selection at the Saint John Law Courts, the process started at Harbour Station earlier this month.
