A two-vehicle crash on the Kingston Peninsula has claimed the life of a 53-year-old woman.
Police say it happened on Route 845 in Long Reach shortly before 3 p.m. Friday.
The woman is from Central Greenwich and was the driver and only person inside her vehicle.
Mounties say the 39-year-old woman driving the other vehicle was taken to hospital but is expected to be okay.
The crash remains under investigation, but there’s no indication alcohol was involved.
