Southern New Brunswick will see a bit less snow than forecasters were first calling for.
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement on Sunday morning.
It said the southern half of the province could see 10 to 15 centimetres of snow beginning Sunday evening and ending from west to east Monday afternoon into Monday evening.
However, the special weather statement was cancelled early Monday morning, with the weather agency now calling for around five centimetres of snow on Monday.
Snowfall amounts will taper off the further north you move in the province. Kent County and Miramichi will see around two centimetres, while northern New Brunswick will see trace amounts.
