An escaped murderer from the minimum security Dorchester Penitentiary, is now back in custody.
An alert was put on early yesterday morning by Corrections Officials, that 45 year old Stephen Bugden had escaped.
He was reported missing on Wednesday night during ahead count.
RCMP say he was located last night between Dorchester and Sackville.
Bugden is serving a life sentence for the second degree murder of a woman in Ontario in 1997.
