There will not be a Riverview Mayoral debate on social media. An invitation was issued this morning on Facebook by candidate Scott Bulman. His invitation was sent to Ann Seamans with a request to hold the debate at Riverview Town Hall Council Chambers on Saturday, May 7th from 6 until 7 PM. Bulman said it would air live on Facebook.
Ann Seamans has declined his invitation In an email to our newsroom, Seamans says, “I will not be participating in any debate with Mr. Bulman. Mr. Bulman declined numerous invitations with CBC Radio and Rogers TV to have a debate. I now have a full schedule.”
Riverview residents will go to the polls for the municipal election on May 9th.
