Numbers can be deceiving…….The unemployment rate in New Brunswick last month fell from 9.6 per cent to 9.3 per cent but the province lost over 4 thousand fulltime jobs while gaining 2 thousand part time ones.
In Saint John, the unemployment rate remained at 7.7 per cent while in Moncton, it rose from 6.7 to 6.8 per cent.
Nationally, Stats Canada is reporting unemployment at 6.5 per cent, the lowest since November of 2008.
