U de M Prepares For Fall 2020 Session

Classes at the Universite de Moncton are set to resume in the Fall, with various regulations tailored to each program.

President and Vice-Chancellor Jacques Paul Couturier says their goal is to offer a high-quality education while ensuring the safety of the university community when classes resume in September.

All programs will be offered in the fall 2020 session and certain ones with a practical component will require students to be on campus.

Other programs will be offered through distance learning or in person, depending on the year of study and the campus.

Students will be notified directly whether they’ll be doing distance learning or attend in-person classes and information is also available to them online.

Couturier says decisions on the winter semester will be made in the fall, based on the evolution of the COVID-19 situation.
