Two Separate Moncton Robberies Being Investigated

Codiac RCMP are investigating a couple of robberies which police don’t believe are connected.

On Thursday night around 9:30, police say a man entered the Doghouse Pub on McLaughlin Drive and demanded money from an employee.

The suspect ran off with some cash.

The suspect is described as 5’8″ tall, with grey stubble on his face and he was wearing a black toque, a black jacket with a hood, and yellow and grey gloves.

Later that night, a man entered the Tim Horton’s at Mountain Road and Birchmount and demanded money from an employee.

The suspect in that case also managed to run away with some money.

The suspect in the second robbery is described as a man between 20 and 30 years of age, approximately 5’10” tall and he was wearing a blue plaid jacket, a ball hat with a red brim, and jeans.

No one was hurt in either robbery.

Anyone with information about these two robberies is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
