Two Kings County Businesses Will Expand

Two businesses in Kings County will expand thanks to $500,000 in repayable loans from the Federal government.

Regional Minister for New Brunswick Rob Moore says Timberparts and Kings County Mechanical will be expanding their facilities and increasing their productivity.
The Timberparts project involves building a new 13,000 square foot facility in Sussex and the purchase of a 10-ton crane to assist with the company’ continued growth.

Moore says to have small businesses say they are investing in their companies and communities it’s good news for the province and for Kings County.

Kings County Mechanical will buy the building they currently lease and build a small adjoining building for their blast and paint shop.

Each company is also making a six-figure investment in their own project.
