Fredericton police say two people have been arrested in connection with a homicide earlier this year.
Justin Leigh Finnemore died from gunshot wounds at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton on May 2.
Police said Friday that Timothy Robert Dunphy, 47, of Fredericton and Kevin Mark Sexton, 36, of Oromocto have been charged with second-degree murder.
Both men appeared in court Friday and are due back before a judge later this month.
Police said more charges and arrests are possible in the case.
