Eligible voters will be able to do more than just eat turkey this weekend – they can also cast ballots for the upcoming federal election in the advance polls.
In this election, there are four days instead of three starting on Friday and continuing until Thanksgiving Monday.
Elections Canada spokesperson Francoise Enguehard says most Canadians should have received information in the mail by now.
“On your voter information card, it is shown where each elector has to go to vote,” she notes.
