TSB Investigators Head To Tehran To Help With Crash Investigation

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada will provide more details today regarding its involvement in the crash investigation of Ukrainian International Airlines flight 752.

TSB investigators will depart for Tehran today along with members of the Canadian consular team.

A second team of investigators who specialize in aircraft recorder download and analysis will also be deployed at a later date.

Fifty-seven Canadians died in the crash on January 8th.

Iranian officials say “human error” led to their armed forces firing missiles at the plane.
