Tonight, we will ring in another new year. Many Metro Moncton residents will be ringing in 2016, with friends or family.
If you are looking for a way to get around on New Years eve, there are a couple of options.
Six Codiac Transpo buses will be running on nine routes. You can find a full list HERE Service hours are being extended on some routes until 2:30 tomorrow morning.
You can always take a cab as well. Most cab companies are fully staffed for tonight, on what they say is the busiest night of the year.
If a taxi is your planned way of getting around, call in advance.
If you are going to be drinking, have a designated driver, or make arrangements ahead of time to get a ride. Don’t get behind the wheel if you have been drinking.
RCMP will also be out in full force tonight, patrolling the city.
