A Tracadie man first realized he may have won a million dollars while checking Facebook in his pyjamas.
Marco Bezeau noticed a friend shared a post that someone in the Acadian Peninsula had won the Lotto 6-49 Guaranteed Prize in last Wednesday’s draw.
Bezeau says his girlfriend wasn’t convinced even after his numbers matched so he went to the store – still in his pyjamas – where the clerk cried when she validated the ticket.
Bezeau says he plans to buy a new vehicle and dream about he will do with the rest of his one million dollar prize.
