They also are ready in the case of power outages, for those who may need to go to a warming centre.
Their Emergency measures Organization is monitoring the storm…and will announce the location and schedule of warming centres if needed.
Crews are also working to keep streets and sidewalk safe..but they are advising you postpone all non essential travel until the storm has passed.
