Total burn ban lifted in N.B., fire watch updated daily

If you were hoping for a fire this long weekend, you might be in luck.

The Department of Natural Resources lifted burn bans on Thursday afternoon across New Brunswick.

There are still some regions that remain under restricted hours, including Westmorland and Albert counties.

Fires are only permitted between 8 pm and 8 am.

You should keep an eye on provincial burn notices throughout the long weekend. The fire watch is updated daily at 2 pm.
