Tom Brady Will Not Appeal Suspension Any Further

The New England Patriots will have to make do without quarterback Tom Brady for the first four games of the upcoming NFL season season against the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, Houston Texans and Buffalo Bills. He will make his regular-season debut in Week 5 against the Cleveland Browns.

Brady announced on Facebook that he will not be appealing his four game suspension to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The lower courts have ruled NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell acted within his powers when he suspended Brady for the use of doctored footballs in the January 2015 playoff game against Indianapolis.
