Three Monctonians Arrested In Drug Investigation

Codiac RCMP have seized various drugs along with an unsecured and loaded firearm in Moncton related to an ongoing Miramichi Police drug trafficking investigation.

A 40-year-old man, a 32-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man, all from Moncton, were arrested in Miramichi this week and remain in custody.

Following the arrests, Mounties carried out a search warrant at a Mountain Road business and seized quantities of what is believed to be crystal methamphetamine, hydromorphone pills, and fentanyl.

An unsecured loaded handgun and drug trafficking-related equipment were also seized.

RCMP are reminding residents to report any information about suspected illegal drug activity in their neighbourhood.
