RCMP is investigating after three inmates were injured in a fight at the Atlantic Institution in Renous.
Correctional Service Canada says a number of inmates were involved in the incident on June 18th.
Three prisoners were treated at the hospital and then returned to the facility,
Assailants have been identified and appropriate actions have been taken.
The Blackville detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the institution is presently investigating the incident.
