On day 11 of the second degree murder trial of Dennis Oland the jury shrinking to 13 members with another juror getting discharged.

Forensic identification officer with the Saint John Police sergeant Mark Smith back on the stand today. The Crown entering a brown jacket into evidence with Smith identifying four DNA extracts that were derived from the jacket. As well, earlier, Smith identifying two vials containing DNA extracts-one vial containing a known sample of Dennis Oland and the other containing a known sample of Richard Oland.
