A 14-year-old boy from Blackville has died following a collision between a dirt bike and a car in the village on Friday night.
RCMP say the boy was driving the dirt bike when it collided with a car at an intersection in Blackville, southwest of Miramichi.
Police say the boy was seriously hurt and taken to hospital where he died of his injuries.
The driver of the car wasn’t hurt.
RCMP are still trying to determine what happened and a collision reconstructionist was on scene.
