A website that has been getting a lot of attention during these trying times is Meditation.com. They have a feature called ‘ Meditate Now’ You’re supposed to go there when you’re feeling stressed, anxious, and just need a minute to yourself. Plus it is really easy to use. Meditate Now says to:

It only takes a minute to reset and be present.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Click the button below to start the timer.

Close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing.

Open your eyes when you hear the chime.
