A crash in Sussex left a young woman hurt and a man in cuffs.
Mounties in Sussex responded to a single vehicle crash yesterday morning on McLeod Avenue.
Police determined the 17 year old girl was on the hood of the car when she fell off, was struck by the vehicle and became trapped.
The girl was rescued by the Sussex fire department and taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A 19 year old man, the driver of the car, was arrested at the scene and released with a future court date.
