One woman was forced from her home after a kitchen fire in Sussex on Monday.
The fire was reported after 7 a.m. on one side of a duplex and it resulted in smoke and water damage.
The woman who was displaced is being assisted by volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross with help in buying essential items like food and clothing and with transportation and somewhere to stay.
No one was hurt in the fire on Stewart Avenue.
