Upgrades are planned for Mrs. Dunster’s bakery in Sussex.
It’ll close its doors from May 9 to May 26 and will fully reopen by June 9.
After 50 years in use, the donut fryer will be replaced with a new 20-foot fryer that will increase production by 25 per cent.
The production floor will also be resurfaced, and the retail store renovated.
