Survey Shows Canadians Willing To Share Vaccine Supply

Over 1200 Canadians were asked if another province or territory had an urgent need for vaccines would they be in favour or opposed to sharing their supply.

Well, the question received a rather Canadian response, with four in five participants saying they are in favour.

A Narrative Research study took results from people from all walks of life ,and their responses were relatively the same regardless of household income, age or gender groups.

The only area that saw a significant gap was education, 8 out of 10 people with a post-secondary background were in favour compared to 7 out of 7 among those with a high school diploma or less.

Out of all provinces and territories, Ontario leads the way with 85 percent of those asked stating their in favour, while Quebec recorded the fewest with 72 percent.

New Brunswick was on par with the national average, as 80 percent were willing to lend a helping hand.
