Successful Food Drive By Codiac Transpo

Codiac Transpo riders were generous, in an effort to help the Food Depot Alimentaire.

On November 19th, the transit provider, asked riders to pay with a non perishable food item, to receive a free ride.

They collected over 1 thousand pounds of food, worth around $2500.

Senior Transit Planner Marie-Claire Pierce says they’re glad they decided to revive the the food drive, and are planning to hold more in the future.
