One mom is not pleased at her daughter being called a liar by staff during the process of applying for a student loan for her last year of school at Mount A.
Janice Percy tells CHSJ News she didn’t hear back from anyone in government until she reached out to her daughter’s MLA while at school in Sackville–Serge Rouselle.
She says Rouselle got back to her right away and took care of it adding she did not here back from the Minister of Post-Secondary Education Training and Labour or the Premier.
We asked the Premier about this last week and he was unfamilliar but we did receive a statement from Post-Secondary Training and Labour.
We were told that Minister Francine Landry has been made aware of the statements made about New Brunswick Student Loan personnel and that the matter will be looked into internally.
