Stonehammer Geopark welcoming 450 international delegates to Saint John this weekend for the 6th International UNESCO Conference on Global Geoparks.
Experts, government officials and researchers will be discussing the economic and social impacts of geoparks. Common Councillor Bill Farren says it’s a huge event and it’s amazing exposure for the Saint John region.
Representatives from over 30 countries are attending.
