The future of the St. Pat’s Family Centre is expected to be decided tonight at a special general meeting.
Members are being asked to vote on a proposal to sell the property to Heritage Developments.
Voting members – that is people with annual memberships – will be asked to consider motions transferring ownership of the lands and assets to new entities.
A copy of the meeting’s agenda shows the centre would be leased back to newly incorporated St. Pats 2018 for one dollar per year.
The meeting is tonight at 6:30 at the Moncton Lions Club and while everyone is welcome, only full members are allowed to vote.
