A developer wants to build a sprawling complex of residential and commercial buildings on Millennium Boulevard in Moncton.
The 50 acre-plus site is located on the south side of Millennium between Killam Drive and Grand Trunk Street.
The area is currently filled with trees and Centennial Park borders it to the south.
C.G. Group on behalf of Entreprises Mapoma Ltee. is proposing to construct 11 buildings, with surface and underground parking, consisting of mostly six-storey apartments.
Altogether, the buildings will have more than 940 units.
A stand-alone restaurant and a two-storey office/retail building are also planned.
The comprehensive plans will come before Moncton’s Planning Advisory Committee on July 28.
