Another significant snowfall is expected to welcome Greater Moncton residents into the workweek.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick.
Forecasts estimate between 10 to 15 cm of snow in the region between Sunday evening and Monday evening before tapering to flurries.
According to Environment Canada, the light nature of the snow in combination with cold temperatures may produce localized whiteouts over highways and exposed areas on Monday.
