By the end of yesterday’s 12 hour smile money giving marathon, over 11 thousand dollars were raised.
A generous 20 thousand dollars private donation brought the grand total to 31,464 dollars.
The money raised will help out cancer patients and their families at the Moncton Hospital to cover small expenses.
The event was held in honour of a Rebecca Schofield in collaboration with the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation.
